Textbook/reading materials:

Living with the Earth, 2nd Edition by G.S. Moore

Course requirements and grading policy

100% of course grade: 4 exams (500 pts)
Each exam contributes 25% (125 pts)

Course Grade Determination

A 450 – 500 pts equivalent to 90-100%
B 400 – 449 pts equivalent to 80-89%
C 350 – 399 pts equivalent to 70-79%
D 300 – 349 pts equivalent to 60-69%

Make Up Exams:
Make up exams will be given only under special circumstances and must be arranged with the instructor before the scheduled exam period.

Attendance:
Attendance will be taken periodically and will help to determine grades in borderline situations. Attendance is expected for all guest lectures.
